Yoga bunch is helping me to connect with people
I love yoga and I love FOOD so when Jenna decided to pair the two together I was happier than Kim Kardashian at a Spanx sale!! Basically what happens is we do yoga, instructed by the lovely Jenna Owen at Loves Cafe in Weston-super-mare followed by a delicious breakfast upstairs afterward. I did my first yoga bunch a few weeks ago and this was my second one and I'm now addicted. I'm trying to practice self-love and yoga is one of those things I do to help connect with my mind and body. However, the yoga bunch has given me a sense of community and reconnecting with people. I moved from Ireland to Weston-super-mare about a year and a half ago and I wasn't prepared for how hard it was going to be! Doing the yoga bunch allows me to meet new people and open up new conversations. I was sitting beside Trevor this morning who was talking about his time as a soldier in Berlin during the time the concrete wall divided Berlin. I would never have got to hear his story! It was also heart warming to be around a big table with lots of people, reminded me of home and to listen to people have the craic. Yoga bunch is an amazing way to meet people and feel apart of something plus you get to stuff your face afterward! Check out Jenna Owen Facebook for scheduled classes and the next yoga bunch https://www.facebook.com/yogawithJennaOwen/
