Miss training with Mal in Tralee park

Mal is a very fun and approachable person so I knew as a trainer he would be the right fit for me. His consultation was one of the best I've had because he listened and understood exactly what I needed.  Mal understands that it is so much more than just getting rid of the weight or eating right. He took the time and patience to teach me life changing habits. He is a perfectionist and was meticulous about my form for doing kettlebells, squats, pretty much every exercise I did but this has helped me massively with my bodybuilding. Turning a can't attitude into a positive and fun experience by giving me burpee's for every negative comment. I hated it during the session but over the next few sessions, my thinking and attitude changed completely! I looked forward to the early sessions which he used to bring his ever-growing exercise equipment to my house in Tralee.

Mal is so adaptable and spontaneous because I was never bored and it was never the same session. He brought the slackline into my life which is now a great passion of mine. If I hadn't moved to England I would be still training with Mal. He has a very unique and fun style to his approach to training.
